Attack of the Purple-Haired Nursling!!
Yesterday was fun, Kairi had been asking to have “colored hair” for a little while and I happened to have some Manic Panic dye on hand, so yesterday we had some fun with it
Knowing that Kairi can be a bit of a spaz when it comes to doing anyting with her hair, I decided to keep it minimal. We colored the tips of her hair and two sections framing her face. She did really well, didn’t even shed a tear. Of course, I have to share the results

Happy Birthday to ME!
Today is my 25th birthday and it has been lovely!
- I didn’t get to sleep in like I had hoped to but when Mike got out of bed he made me a really great breakfast. Eggs, biscuits, gravy and sausage *yum*
- Gavin had been sick and pukey that past two days and today his fever is gone and he’s back to his happy, adorable self
- Kairi has been less hyper and did really well during most of the day.

Homemade Gel Hand Sanitizer
I found this on ehow.com (I get them sent to my inbox, they’re great) and couldn’t help but pass it along! Lisa Smegal has shared a great recipe for a homemade gel hand sanitizer that uses only natural ingredients, how awesome is that?! With this recipe being made from all-natural ingredients it is GREAT for Feingolders!
You can find the recipe here Homemade Gel Hand Sanitizer. I don’t want to post the actual recipe without permission, as ehow writers are compensated per-view
I can hardly wait to give this a try! I’ll be using organic aloe gel from Aubrey Organics and Young Living Essential oils (which are IMHO the best, highest quality oils available). If you decide to try this recipe, please let me know how you like it!

My Brother is Walking!
Not very long ago, my little brother was hit by a drunk driver while walking to his hotel. He likes to say he tried to stop the car with his mind, but I tell him that he’s not a Jedi so that was a bad idea
He was closer to dying than anyone I know, but he wanted to live. His body has healed in ways that boggle the mind. Some people say it was a miracle, but I don’t believe in miracles. He healed himself. In his mind there was no possibility of being any less able-bodied than he was before the accident, he expected Well-Being and he attracted it. This is the way the Universe works and I find peace in that. Having said that, I would very much like to share this video my mom made detailing David’s journey to Well-Being.
